A nice person to deal with if things go well but irresponsible with dismissive communication if it doesn’t. Bought item, was asked to opt for post. When the item didn’t arrive, they claimed to have lost the receipt w tracking no. Didn’t update me on whether the item had been returned (only responded when prompted). Didn’t ask the post office if alternative tracking was possible until prompted. Would not offer compensation despite them having lost the receipt, leading to this uncertainty.
