Disappointing transaction. User purchased a bikini which she elected to have sent from Sydney to Hobart, without tracking, despite it being offered. Then purchased a 2nd item which was sent with free tracking. The 2nd item arrived and the 1st apparently did not. Despite it being clearly outlined on my page that I am not responsible for items lost in transit, I still offered compensation by way of a large discount off another purchase. The user still insisted on a full refund, which I declined.
