Buyer claimed I was rude and left negative feedback before an agreement could be reached on return of the item My exact response thought to be rude: "Hi Carmen - I don't usually do refunds. I thought the dress was size 10, I'm very sorry that it doesn't fit. You can send back to me to resell however I will not refund the cost of postage or pay for postage back to me. I will only refund the $15 for the item." Buyer then abused me (cannot post her response). Very disappointed in buyer's manner.
