Paid for an item for over two weeks ago and i was ONLY given a notice after I asked her at last Sunday that item was not MAILED YET. Refund was not allowed although it's her fault at slow processing and said to be busy (well, everyone is busy too). Said will mail on wednesday, asked for mailing proof no reply. WORST EXPERIENCE ON CAROUSELL EVER. Edit: Finally got my refund after 3 weeks of the whole deal..
