Off shoulder dress

Very disappointed. Item described as being in "great condition". However, when received, had been used with incredibly poor hygiene (I have photos) and seller didn't have the decency to clean it before sending it off. Didn't receive so much as an apology. Instead, seller countered this, stating that it is normal "as it is used". Yuck. Furthermore, seller ignored my messages when I reached out to peacefully resolve this. Abhorrent service and waste of $150.
