Sedum Sediforme 'Turquoise Tails' Plant Description & Care Instructions Sedum Sediforme is an attractive low growing succulent, also known as a carpeting plant. It is quite often cultivated in rocky and mountainous areas. Native to Mediterranean areas such as Portugal and Morocco, Sedum Sediforme has proven to be great for a variety of conditions. This Sedum variety grows long sprawling stems which grow around 15 cm in height, it makes a great ground cover plant and also suitable for mass planting. The foliage on this plant are waxy, long tapered leaves which are a bluey-green colour. It has often been referred to as 'Turquoise Tails' due to its unique colouring. This variety is known to be quite tolerant to extreme heat and frost which makes it perfect for most gardens. Overall Sedum Sediforme is quite easy to grow and care for and a relatively fast growing. Flowers can be expected on mature plants in warmer months which will grow as small yellow clusters. This plant is considered to be fast growing and low maintenance, so you'll have a lush garden in no time with minimal effort! Sedum Sediforme 'Turquoise Tails' makes a great ground cover, but is also suited for mass planting, pots and terrariums and hanging baskets. Plant Specifications Your plant will be 10-15 cm cm tall established with roots with multiple stems. Our plants are posted dry rooted (meaning out of a pot with most dirt removed from roots) to reduce spillage and plant damage. Your plant may vary from the specimen pictured, however we will ensure that it is of a similar size and in good health.
