Very slow in replies, barely any updates unless prompted. Given payment details ages ago and with updated ones when there’s some issues with app. However barely any updates from the buyer unless asked and then later on stated that did not have enough fund due to the festive season, if you genuinely intended to purchase please plan around or just give some heads up instead of wasting other’s time
