Gaming pc defective (sold as is)

I purchased it new online and after arriving 2 months late it did not turn on or function at all. Luckily I got refunded and I am selling it as it is, I have not taken it to a technician to see what the problem is or if it can be fixed because I purchased a new one with the money I got refunded. The specs I know are ryzen 7 7800x3d-rtx 4060 ti (8gb)-32 gb ddr5 and 1 tb nvme. I can only ship it at the moment due to work. If you have any other questions feel free to ask.
