First time ko maka-encounter ng seller na ganito sa Carousell. Yung iPhone 5c na inorder ko dumating na may scratch kasi bubble wrap at konting tape lang ang ginamit niya, hindi pa tinapehan nang maayos. Ang excuse niya? Wala raw siyang tape. Be fr. I asked for a refund or kahit partial compensation since fault niya rin naman, pero ako pa ang tinawag na maarte kasi "small scratch lang naman" daw.
Unfortunately, the buyer’s review was very emotional and doesn’t accurately reflect what happened. The item was sold at a significantly negotiated price, and the cosmetic mark shown is very minor. They also claimed the phone had slipped out of the bubble wrap during shipping, yet their own photo shows it still inside the bubble wrap. While I was at work, he flooded me with messages demanding compensation. I stand by the condition in which the item was shipped.
