Product looks fine at first, but left strap disintegrate when i tried to use the bag. Haven't even put in my camera or lens yet. Then the right strap started breaking too. Asked for the truth on the age of product but got no reply. Asked for refund but got ignored too. OMG, product is very old but listed as brand new? Something's not right but helpless me, cannot do anything else but feedback.

This review is misleading. Buyer inspected the item before purchasing and proceeded with the transaction. The alleged issue was only raised after the item had been in his possession for a full day. Despite explaining that a refund could not be offered under these circumstances, buyer continued to send multiple messages demanding a refund, which became excessive and harassing.
