When check on item worker said light not working and he need to confirm with his boss. But he continue unplug and move the fridge to outside my house. Then he called the boss and said don’t want it anymore. We offered lower price coz of moving house. It’s ok if decided not to buy since cannot meet his expectation but don’t waste my time to shift in and out such big item without confirmation
