Terrible buyer. Makes an offer, which gets accepted, only to then say that they cannot pay the offered amount. He then proceeded in offering less than the initial accepted offer. Would not recommend dealing with this buyer, a mere poison to Carousell. Yet again, this is what happens when dealing with kids. Just on Carousell for lols. It's extremely laughable that you're calling me arrogant, I love it.
