High quality

I brought my 5yo daughter to Rachel to learn some basic gymnastic skills. Rachel uses good progressions. So while my daughter won’t learn a cartwheel after a single lesson, I feel that if we practice and continue with the lessons, she will progress quite quickly. Thanks Rachel!

Engaged a private gym coach for my girl as she has been unable to do a proper cartwheel despite attending group gym classes for a year. My girl is able to perform cartwheels after attending two classes with Ms R. Thank you for the help!! Very friendly and knowledgeable coach 👍🏻

Rachel is a fantastic coach - very detailed and clear in her explanation. She saw my weakness and strength immediately, gave me very practical tips to improve my handstand. Will definitely recommend her for practitioners of handstand at any level.
