Bought this item on live auction. Seller said bag is in perfect condition. Item came and there was a large tear in the inner pocket. Seller refused return because I agreed to it as per their tncs. LOL didn’t know a big tear is considered perfect condition.

The clothing was advertised as being in “like new” condition, but the actual condition is significantly different from what was described. There were clear signs of wear and damage, for example, the stitching at the end of the zipper has come loose, creating a visible hole in the fabric, and there are other obvious signs of extensive use.

Value for money

It’s great that we can find BNWT clothings at a fraction of their retail price. However, Refash could improve the shopping experience by providing more detailed product descriptions. For example, including the original brand’s tagged size and model name would make it easier for shoppers to determine if the clothing will fit, as many of us are already familiar with our usual sizing from the brands.
