As a buyer, I have the full right to decline or cancel a purchase prior to payment if I realize the item's condition does not meet my expectations. Catching an overlooked flaw beforehand saves both parties the time, hassle, and expense of a return or dispute later. I communicated promptly and respectfully.

Suddenly complained to the seller about a few dents/damage of the bag after 1 month of buying the item. The item was delivered in stated condition a month ago. Any damage that happens after 30 days is already not in my control. I am always open to resolve immediate issues, but I cannot be held responsible because I became transparent in the first place.
17 days ago (edited)This item was advertised as brand new, yet it deteriorated/damaged despite never being used and being properly stored in a cool place with desiccants. I reached out to inform you of what happened to a 'new' item, not to cause trouble. A bag sold as new shouldn't degrade like this in 30 days of standard storage.
