When the boots got wet, white spots appeared—mold spots? I also can’t find the insoles the boots. This is clearly a product problem. But for a return seller told me I’d still have to pay the shipping fee. This boots are absolutely unwearable outside. I suggest throwing them away, taking photos, and asking her to refund half the price, she keeps ignoring me without responding, a really bad deal!
