Time waster. Made offers on multiple items and sent several messages about purchasing but never paid

Wanted to buy a few times, kept changing her mind, which was fine but for 2-3 weeks every time I sent payment amount and payment details it was ignored. Never received payment which wasted my time as other buyers were interested 😢😢
