It was one day that I didn't reply of when to pick up due to being so busy with uni starting and everything, I had to also wait for her to come back from her trip and was willing to wait until then, even replied straight away after she came back. After one day of not replying due to being busy, she decides to give negative feedback when she could just message me to reconfirm if I was still interested, escalated and left negative feedback.
